OEM Height Side Engraved Transparent Key Cap Set for Mechanical Keyboards 136 Pieces

This key cap set offers a straightforward way to refresh the look of your mechanical keyboard. Each set contains 136 pieces in OEM profile height, with side engraving that keeps legends visible from an angle while leaving the top surface clean. The plastic construction is lightweight and easy to install, making it a practical choice for those who want to customise their typing experience without replacing the entire keyboard. Available in five colour options: Blush, BlackBerry, Dark Fragrance, Fog Blue, and Ziqi Donglai. Please note this listing is for key caps only, not a keyboard.

Features and Construction

The key caps are designed specifically for standard mechanical keyboard layouts. The OEM profile provides a comfortable typing angle across rows, and the side engraving method offers a distinct look that does not wear off from top contact.

Material and Build

Each key cap is made from plastic, giving it a lightweight feel that matches most mechanical switches. The side-engraved legends are placed on the front edge of each cap, so the top surface remains unmarked. This design is especially useful for users who prefer a minimalist topside appearance but still need to see key labels from a seated position.

Size and Practical Fit

The set comes in a box measuring 320x165x32mm. The 136-piece count typically covers a full-sized keyboard layout including the alphanumeric section, function row, and modifiers. OEM height means the key caps are slightly taller on the back row, which is a common profile for mechanical keyboards.

Uses and Placement

These key caps are intended for use on mechanical keyboards with standard Cherry MX-style stems. They are not compatible with laptop keyboards, membrane keyboards, or non-mechanical boards.

Event or Professional Use

For desk setups in offices or gaming stations, the side engraving keeps the keyboard looking clean during meetings while still being readable when typing. The range of colours allows matching to different desk themes or personal preferences.

Everyday Home Use

Home users can easily swap out existing key caps for a new colour scheme without any soldering or tools. The 136-piece set is enough for most standard layouts, so you can transform the appearance of your keyboard in a few minutes.

Benefits and Buying Value

Choosing a key cap set is a cost-effective way to change the look and feel of a mechanical keyboard. The side engraving provides a durable label that does not wear off from top contact, and the plastic material is simple to clean if needed.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

Key caps can be removed and reinstalled multiple times, allowing you to swap colours between different keyboards or change styles seasonally. Wiping with a damp cloth is usually sufficient to keep them clean.

Why Choose This Product

This set offers a specific combination of OEM height, side engraving, and a 136-piece count that fits most standard layouts. The five colour options provide variety, and the plastic construction keeps the set affordable and easy to handle.
