Ultra Clear 4K 36MP Night Vision Instrument with 850nm IR LED and 5X Digital Zoom

This night vision instrument brings reliable low-light and full-dark viewing to outdoor enthusiasts, security professionals, and wildlife observers. With a 3W 850nm infrared LED adjustable across 7 brightness levels, it provides clear imagery up to 400 metres in total darkness. The device records high-definition video at 4K resolution and captures detailed 36MP still images, making it a practical tool for documentation and surveillance. Its compact size (155 x 120 x 60mm) and light weight (approx. 300g) mean it can be carried easily on extended trips.

Imaging and Optics

The unit combines a sensitive CMOS sensor with a 25mm f/1.2 lens to deliver clear images in challenging light conditions. A 10° field of view focuses light efficiently, and the 3.0-inch TFT LCD display (800 x 480 resolution) allows real-time viewing and playback.

Lens and Aperture

The 25mm lens with an F 1.2 aperture gathers ample light for night use. The fixed focal length and 10° angle of view suit spotting distant subjects. The lens diameter is 25mm, and the digital zoom extends reach up to 5X without moving the device.

Display and Playback

A 3.0-inch colour TFT LCD screen with 800 x 480 pixels shows live feed and recorded footage clearly. The internal display reduces the need for external monitors in field conditions. You can review images and videos directly on the unit.

Infrared Illuminator

A 3W 850nm IR LED with 7 adjustable levels provides illumination for total darkness viewing. The 850nm wavelength is near-invisible to the human eye, reducing disturbance to wildlife. At full power, the effective viewing range is 150-400 metres in pitch-black conditions.

Recording and Storage

The instrument supports multiple video resolutions up to 4K and captures 36MP still images. Storage is handled via a Micro SD card slot that accepts cards up to 128GB, giving ample space for long recording sessions. The built-in 4000mA battery powers extended use away from mains electricity.

Video and Image Resolution

Select from 4K, 2K, 1080P, 1080P, 720P, VGA, and QVGA video modes. Still images are captured at 36MP. The flexibility lets you balance file size and quality for different tasks, from detailed survey work to casual wildlife observation.

Storage Capacity

Accepts Micro SD cards up to 128GB (not included). Higher-capacity cards allow longer continuous recording at high resolution. The unit uses the standard Micro USB 2.0 port for file transfer and charging.

Battery Life

The built-in 4000mA rechargeable battery provides several hours of operation depending on IR LED usage and recording settings. Recharging is straightforward via the Micro USB port. No external battery pack is required for normal use.

Practical Use and Environment

The device is built for outdoor reliability, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and a storage range of -30°C to +70°C. The PCB body construction keeps the instrument lightweight and rigid. Choose between black and camouflage finishes to suit your environment.

Low-Light Day and Night Viewing

In weak light or daytime, the viewing distance extends from 3 metres to infinity. In complete darkness, the IR LED enables viewing from 150 to 400 metres. This dual capability makes the instrument useful for dusk-to-dawn monitoring.

Compact and Portable Build

At 155 x 120 x 60mm and about 300g, the unit fits easily into a backpack or glovebox. The compact format does not compromise the 3.0-inch screen or control layout. The black and camouflage colour options help the instrument blend into different backgrounds.

Temperature Durability

Rated for operation from -20°C to +60°C, the unit works in cold winters and hot summers. Storage tolerance from -30°C to +70°C means it can be left in vehicles or equipment cases without damage.
